Superintendent's Background: Dr. Anne Staffieri

Anne Staffieri has been the Superintendent for Ramona Unified
StaffieriSchool District in San Diego since July 2016. Initially, Anne was the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for Escondido Union High School District for three years prior.  

With 27 years of public education experience, Anne has served as the district office administrator, principal and teacher in multiple districts throughout San Diego County in California. 

Anne began her career as a high school Biology teacher in the Escondido Union High School District and moved to Valley C
enter where she served as a continuation high school principal, coordinator of alternative programs, followed by elementary principal, and then as director of human resources.

 
Anne earned an Ed.D in Educational Leadership from Brigham Young University, Master of Arts from Cal State University San Marcos, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.  She lives with her husband and family in Temecula, where they have raised four children.
