Thank you for taking the Healthy Kids Parent Survey. Data collected from this survey will be used to help address specific concerns in school climate and student needs. RUSD students in grades 5,7,9 and 11 are also able to take a similar survey, but only with PARENT CONSENT. If you would like to give consent, please print the Parent Consent Form and return it to school with your child.
