            <p></p><div class="edit">California State law  requires that all school employees have a current x-ray of the chest,  Tuberculin skin test indicating freedom from Tuberculosis (TB), or a  completed Adult TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire (to be done by personal  physician or District Nurse). Verification of negative results of TB  must be on file with Ramona Unified School District at all times. This  test must be renewed every four (4) years.&nbsp;<br> <br> Failure to comply with this Education Code requirement and condition of  employment will immediately result in placing you on unpaid, inactive  status. All employees, substitutes, and coaches will receive  notification from the Human Resources office prompting the renewal of TB  results.&nbsp;<br> <br> The District Nurse, <a href="mailto:jstiles@ramonausd.net?subject=TB Appointment" class="ApplyClass">Jackie Stiles</a>,&nbsp; will sign off on all&nbsp;<a href="https://drive.google.com/open?id=166vZRF7gHPlisrKk85JNSuy_vA52FLmL" title="Adult TB Assessment Questionnaire" target="_blank">Adult TB Assessment Questionnaire</a>&nbsp;that are submitted to her by employees.&nbsp;&nbsp;She will then send it to the HR  office once it has been approved for clearance and you will not be  required to take a TB skin test. <br> <br> Please contact <a href="mailto:afarmer@ramonausd.net?subject=TB Question" class="ApplyClass">Ashley Farmer</a>, Personnel Technician, at (760) 787-2018 or Jackie Stiles, District Nurse, at (760) 787-2435 with any questions. <br></div><p></p>
