New Student Registration is open for our current 2018-2019 school year AND the future 2019-2020 school year. Each year has a different registration link. Registrations DO NOT TRANSFER; double check that you complete the process for the correct year.
If you have a new student entering our district for the first time, or is returning to RUSD after transferring out of our district, click on the appropriate academic year button at the bottom of this page to complete the online registration process.
Please DO NOT use these links to complete back-to-school forms for an existing student. The back-to-school information verification process opens annually on July 15th and is handled through your PowerSchool Parent Account - NOT here. Included in this existing student back-to-school process are all matriculating students from feeder schools. For example, if your 6th grade elementary student is promoting to 7th grade at OPMS, you will access these forms from your PowerSchool Parent Account. If your 8th grade middle school student is promoting to 9th grade at RHS, you will access these forms from your PowerSchool Parent Account. If your ESK student is promoting to Kindergarten at your boundary school, you will access these forms from your PowerSchool Parent Account. These forms open annually on July 15th. DO NOT COMPLETE A NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR A PROMOTING STUDENT; current students will be deleted from this NEW registration site.

Contact the front office of your school site. Only the school sites provide parent account support. Be sure to take the time to create these accounts when your school site is open to provide support.

Emergency contact information – trusted adults the school can contact if parents/guardians cannot be reached

The Chat Support feature offers 24/7 support for technical issues you may be experiencing. Additionally, Chat Support is available in Spanish from 7am-5pm EST. Although Chat Support is the preferred method of support from PowerSchool, users can call 866-434-6276 for registration technical support. PowerSchool Support is for technical questions only; they will not be able to give you your snapcode or answer any school specific registration questions. Contact the front office of your school site for non-technical registration questions.
