Welcome to the 2023-2024 School Year! The top priority of the Ramona Unified School District Transportation Department, is to ensure the safe and reliable transportation of all passengers to and from their destinations. Our dedicated team of Office Staff, Bus Drivers, and Mechanics strive to serve our students and families with a standard of excellence!

FREE ELIGIBILITY: Transportation is available to ALL students currently enrolled in RUSD. New for the 2023-2024 school year, your student may qualify for FREE transportation if any of these apply to your household:

  • Low Income (Free/Reduced Lunch)

  • Disabilities

  • Homeless (as defined by McKinney-Vento Homeless Act)

  • Foster

  • English Language Learner

SINGLE RIDE TICKETS:

  • Complete Single Ridership Appliation at: www.MySchoolBucks.com (tickets will be provided to student:

  • Only district bus passes and single ride tickets will be accepted. It is important you understand; your student must have a valid bus pass or single ride ticket to board the bus. Students who persist in not showing their pass for whatever reason will be issued a bus referral and are subject to losing their transportation privileges.

How to Ride Bus During COVID-19
  • If your RHS or OPMS student(s) live within a 2 mile radius of the school(s), it is the responsibility of the parents to provide transportation.

  • If your Elementary student(s) live within 1 mile radius of the school(s), it is the responsibility of the parents to provide transportation.
